Tasting details on last night's wines, A request from M.

Yesterday at the store (as we do every Monday night) we tasted a selection of NY state wines. The two on tap last night were the Wiemer Blanc De Noir and the Keuka Lake Gently Dry  Reisling. Here are my tasting notes:

Wiemer: A great bottle of NY wine. A little citrus or lemon, nice touch of yeasty bread notes and a clear sense of bubbles. Fun to drink and very good bottle.

Keuka Lake: Delightful dry Riesling from the Finger Lakes. This has all the great elements one would expect of this grape. Apricot, stone, petrol, floral, some nice acidity, and a hint of sweetness. Easy fun wine!
Thanks for reading.
