Hi all,

Today is a rose day! just amazing outside here in Manhattan . . . great weather.

Todays rose is the Florent de Brie Rose d'Anjou. Its a nice rose made from the Cabernet Franc grape in the Loire valley of France. Its a light pink that fades out to clear edges. The nose is peachy and earthy, and nice, though not intense and explosive it is a nice soothing wine. The palate is a little bit sweet, and with a nice flavor of grape, and a good mineral finish.

Thanks
Ben
