So, first I'd like to apologize for the delay in seriously getting this series of tasting notes up on the web. I went on a little vacation, and so there was a pause; I'm back - so this will go up everyday we taste a rose.

Todays tasting (6/16) was the Le Meurger Rose 2007 from Marsannay. This Pinot Noir based rose is really nice, with a great salmon color- just beautiful. I loved the nose, a little like a sweet grape, and a nice peach note, with a very dry palate followed up by a decent long finish.
