Last night, with the last of the seder leftovers, we opened a bottle of the Sipacha Garnacha.

As a basic quaff, it went down easily. This is the third vintage I've had of this wine, and they've all been good. This one was a little bit alcoholic, but not too bad. There was plenty of fruit to go around. For a Tuesday night with leftover brisket, it hit the spot.
